The name Houston Asphalt and Sealing is a trade name of NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company that is not a contractor and does no paving itself. By using this website you accept these terms. The site gathers requests from property owners around Houston and hands each one to an independent asphalt contractor working the region. Any agreement for work, including price, schedule and the quality of the finished job, is made between you and that contractor alone.

Pages on this site describe how asphalt paving, repair, sealcoating and striping typically work. That material is general information. It is not a quote, a promise of price or schedule, or advice about your specific property. Scope and cost are set by the contractor after seeing the site.
