Houston Asphalt and Sealing is a trade name operated by NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company. NexTier Digital LLC is a marketing business, not a contractor, and does not perform asphalt work. This page explains what happens to the details you send through this website.

What we receive

When you fill in the request form or write to us, we receive what you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, a description of the project and any photos. Like most websites, the server also records basic technical data such as browser type, pages viewed and the date of the visit.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, to follow up about it, and to understand which pages on the site are useful. We do not use them for anything unrelated to the request you made.

Who receives your request

Your request is passed to the independent asphalt contractor covering your area so that contractor can contact you, visit the property and prepare a proposal. That contractor handles your information under its own practices. We also rely on service providers that host the site, store form entries and deliver messages, and they receive only what they need to do that job.

Text messaging and your mobile information

If you agree to receive text messages, your mobile number is used only to send texts about your service request. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The only parties that receive this data are the messaging providers that deliver the texts. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as they are useful for following up on your project and for ordinary business records, and then delete them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send that request to admin@houstonasphaltandsealing.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
